As you may have noticed in 2013, it was a slow start to Mike’s real estate career. He took the time to build systems, learn the models, and educate himself on all things real estate related. In February of 2014, Mike closed his first 2 deals and that’s when things started to take off for him. The effort he had put in during the last 12 months was finally paying off and in March he closed another 2 deals, and then another 2, and then 4, etc. By the end of the year, he had averaged 2-3 closings per month (your average agent closes 6 per year) for a total of 28 deals, $7mil in sales volume, and hired some rockstar leverage to help propel him forward in 2015. This leverage included his wife, Traci, to handle all things administrative and his son, Justin, to handle all things lead generation based – mostly Facebook as that is where Mike got most of his business from. This is where the family-owned and family-oriented mindset of the business came from, and it has been the foundation ever since.
