As a visionary, Mike couldn’t help but to focus on other streams of real estate he could hone in on and refine his leadership skills, since he knew that the systems and processes he had worked on building in the previous years were proven to work at an efficient and effective level. At Keller Williams, agents are provided with so many opportunities to grow and he took advantage of that to the fullest . Due to the perfect set of circumstances, Mike was given the chance to run the local Keller Williams Market Center as an Interim Operating Principle. Since he had the leverage with his wife, buyer’s agent, and son who also became an agent of the Mike Nelson Team, he was able to show many agents and staff what he was truly capable of while maintaining the daily operations of the Market Center during this year. Mike and the team closed out the year with $15mil in sales volume and the growth continued.
