Knowing that he wanted to help others build lives worth living since his start in real estate, Mike decided that now was a good time to continue the growth of the organization at large since he had 3-4 years of solid experience in building the Mike Nelson Team and agents around him. He brought on an administrative assistant, Brooke, to allow his wife, Traci, more time to take care of the business finances and home life which falls in line with his motto – God, Family, and Business. The role of this new assistant was to build systems and processes in order to allow for an expansion model in the coming year. As a future key leader in the organization, this hire was considered Mike’s “right hand” and they continued to build the Mike Nelson Team and eventually, the Integrity Home Group Network. Mike and the team increased the business to $20mil in sales volume and loved every minute of it.
