In depth review of how to get referrals from your past clients using scripts and the DTD2 as well as how to build an agent to agent referral program. In addition, we will teach on how to build a referral business from the local community through a Business to Business Program. Class members can expect to receive copies of our standard operating procedure for agent to agent referrals, a copy of our team’s 58 touch plan, a copy of our business to business packet and procedure, and a copy of the DTD2.
Goal setting 101! Set your someday goals, 5-year goals, and 1-year goals and break that down into what you need to do on a daily basis to hit your metrics. We will go over industry average conversion rates, how to think big and aim high, as well as a demo on creating GPS and 411 focusing on the one thing that needs to happen today in order to hit those someday goals.
If you have a lot of teams in your firm looking to bring ROI to their administrative staff, this class is for you. We will teach on how to have your administrative staff pay for themselves through an agent to agent referral program and past client engagement. Class members can expect to receive copies of our standard operating procedure for agent to agent referrals, a copy of our Operations GPS, a copy of our Transaction Coordinator GPS, and scripts that our administrative staff uses.

  • In order to achieve maximum results, we recommend that you hire us for 8, 1-hour sessions across 8 weeks. This will ensure accountability with your Administrative team while allowing us to dive deeper into specific topics that best fit the needs of you and your team.
  • Whether you are looking to build a team or you already have a team, this consultation program is suited for you! We customize this program to best fit the needs of you and your current and/or future organization. If you don’t have goals in place, we will work together to complete those. If you don’t have a hiring process or know what to look for when bringing on administrative support and/or agents, we will put one in place.
